You help with the repair of bicycles donated to Welkom in Wageningen, to prepare them for lending to asylum seekers staying in the asylum boat.
You enjoy tinkering with bicycles and are technically handy.
You examine the donated bicycles for necessary repairs (to be able to use them safely on the road) and you purchase the necessary parts (you can of course declare the costs thereof). You have an open attitude towards asylum seekers and you can deal with the language problems that occur (poor English and no Dutch speakers).
