The Evening of Wageningen Good Courage - Wageningen residents look out for each other, come and continue to talk to each other and together form a pleasant, welcoming city.
Sometimes it is hard to stay optimistic. In the news, wars, angry and sad people tumble over each other and the opposing opinions seem to increase in our country too.
That is why we are organizing the Wageningen Evening of Good Courage on Thursday, May 22, 2025 in the Grote Kerk on the Markt. We will eat around 6:00 PM in small groups with fellow citizens who cook for each other. And then we will gather at 7:30 PM for dessert in the Grote Kerk. A dessert that does not only consist of a dessert, but also of uplifting stories and encounters with other Wageningers. With a short Goede-Moed-Show and an uplifting drink/information market with cheerful initiatives. So that we can continue with a cheerful attitude afterwards.
To make this evening possible, we can use some help. With setting up and clearing away the Grote Kerk, welcoming guests, handing out desserts and supporting the program.
