Do you enjoy bringing companionship to people with a (mild) physical disability? Then the Zonnebloem might be something for you!
What are you going to do?
You visit your participant(s) once every 3 or 4 weeks. Participants have a (limited) physical disability. During such contact, you talk about all kinds of things. In addition, we organize a social morning or afternoon for our participants a few times a year. Together with the other volunteers, you help with these activities.
Who are we looking for?
It is important that you enjoy interacting with people.
What do we have to offer you?
De Zonnebloem is a national organization, in which the Wageningen branch functions independently. We have an enthusiastic team of volunteers.
What makes the work worthwhile?
Establishing mutual contact. It is fun and inspiring to connect with other people in this way.
Working hours
Schedule your own visits; evening meetings; activity at Ons Huis on Saturdays.
