Children play outside every day from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm. Are you our new team member for the square guard?
Your tasks are: helping children to resolve conflicts using the 6-step method, sticking a plaster, having a chat and monitoring gaming behavior (is it still safe and fun for everyone?).
You will receive training so that we all apply the same rules, with of course your own twist.

We are a team of dedicated volunteers and parents whose goal is to make a positive contribution to the school climate and children's development. During outdoor playtime at lunchtime, we supervise, apply bandages, comfort, encourage safe play, and teach children how to resolve conflicts calmly in six steps. We are looking for new team members; even if you can only join us once a week (or more), you are very welcome. You will receive basic training in Nonviolent Communication, and we have team meetings and lunch three times a year.
