This workshop is all about you! What gives you energy and when do you feel at your best in your volunteer work?
Together with other volunteers, you investigate questions such as:
- What motivates me to volunteer and stay involved?
- Which personal needs does my volunteer work meet, or would I like it to contribute to?
- What qualities and talents do I bring, and how do I use them in my volunteer work?
For whom?
For volunteers who find it valuable to pause with others to reflect on their motivation, drivers, and qualities, and to explore these further through exchange and joint reflection.
