We are looking for collectors who are willing to collect for 2 or more hours for this good cause during the Heart Foundation's collection week.
Job description:
For our national fundraising week, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who are willing to dedicate at least 2 hours of their time to help with collecting donations.
The district coordinator in your area will contact you a few weeks before the collection week. This is also a volunteer who will discuss with you where and when you will receive the collection materials, which route (streets) you will be assigned, and when to return the collection box to the district coordinator.
You will receive everything you need from your district coordinator to make your collection a great success. Along with your collection materials, you will also receive the collector newsletter with helpful tips about the collection and information about the work of the Heart Foundation.
Job requirements:
Be reliable, presentable, friendly, and able to walk well. Older than 16 years.
What do you have to offer the volunteer?
Guidance by your district head. Social contact with the people in your neighborhood. Satisfaction from contributing to the work of the Heart Foundation.
What makes the work worthwhile?
Raising the highest possible collection proceeds for the Heart Foundation with the collectors from Wageningen.
Working hours:
late afternoon and early evening. Do not collect on Sundays or public holidays.
