The Friends Bank: a great way to make new friends!
The Vriendenbank is an initiative where people can make new friends in an accessible way! Are you 20 or older and looking for a buddy to get out and be active with—for example, going for walks or bike rides, visiting museums, or taking a fun course—then the Vriendenbank might be just the thing for you!
A brief explanation of how it works: after registering, you will be invited by one of our coordinators who will have an in-depth conversation with you about your interests. We will then see if we can match you with someone with similar wishes and interests. Once we have found someone, an introduction will follow, and it is up to you to shape the contact further. This is therefore not about doing volunteer work; the Vriendenbank aims to connect people on the basis of equality.
