Are you self-assured and would you enjoy living in a home where you support young people towards independence?
Are you a student or working, and would you like to live in a house where you contribute to a pleasant and safe environment for young people who want to stand on their own two feet? Then we are looking for you as a volunteer head resident!
This suits someone who is already somewhat further along in their studies or work and is self-assured. This way, alongside your studies or work, you can fulfill a valuable and meaningful role with impact, sociability, and a unique living experience.
Six young people (16-20 years old) live in a small-scale residential facility while working on their path to independence. The length of stay for the young people varies depending on their support needs.
They live with you. As a volunteer head resident, you ensure a pleasant, quiet, and safe atmosphere in the house. The boys are supervised by a team of youth care workers.

We offer the best possible care and support to young people who have arrived in the Netherlands without their parents and have been granted residency. This means living on a regular street, attending school nearby, participating in sports and cultural activities, and simply working part-time.
