Do you write articles for KerstSaam Wageningen for the city of Wageningen? Do you create flyers and posters that we can use to reach all Wageningen residents? Do you maintain press contacts?
The success of KerstSaam Wageningen hinges on publicity. The KerstSaam team is small and lacks PR expertise. We are looking for someone who can independently take on this task. This involves developing and executing a marketing plan focused on the primary target group: Wageningen residents who live alone and would like to spend (part of) the 2025 Christmas holidays with others.
How do you reach this target group? Which media? When? What message? How should it be designed?
The team is available for consultation and coordination.
Do you have a passion for this project and this target group? Are you someone with experience in PR? Can you devise a marketing plan, present it, and process feedback? Do you write short, readable texts with ease? Do you have a network in the local press? Do you know how to use social media for this purpose? Do you have a knack for design and experience with print options? Do you enjoy working independently at times that suit you? Are you readily available?
Then you are the person we are looking for and we look forward to receiving your response.
With your help, we will ensure that no one in Wageningen has to be alone at Christmas.

Wageningen offers a rich amount of christmas activities with which residents of Wageningen can meet eachother. Think of eating together, hiking together, celebrate christmas together.
KerstSaam Wageningen wants to show all these activities and make these more accessable, in particular for residents who are alone and need plaesant company and a listning ear. Where there is a lack of services we try to fill the gaps.
KerstSaam Wageningen is initiated on a not-for profit basis in 2025 by five committed civilians. KerstSaam Wageningen can only become succesful with the help of volunteers with passion for vulnable people.
