Our treasurer makes an active contribution, with an eye not only for finances but also for new opportunities and developments. We consider it important that you are willing to contribute to the expansion of our museum.
What are you going to do?
As treasurer, you are responsible for the financial policy and management of the museum.
- You monitor financial health and liquidity.
- You prepare the annual accounts and the budget.
- You advise the board, both solicited and unsolicited, on financial risks and opportunities.
- You are in contact with the bookkeeper/accountant and keep track of subsidies and fundraising.
- You account for the finances during the board meetings.
Who are we looking for?
- You have demonstrable experience with financial administration, bookkeeping, or business operations.
- You have managerial experience or the ambition to take that on in a cultural environment.
- You have an affinity for art, culture, and heritage.
- You are accurate, have integrity, and are available for a limited number of hours per week.
