We are looking for a volunteer who has an affinity with elderly people with dementia and who likes to cook a hot meal for a group of 6 or 7 residents with dementia.
Job description:
Prepare food, cook the meal, set the tables and clear the tables together with the residents.
Job requirements:
Preparing and cooking a meal Do not be afraid of a closed department and the reactions of people with dementia.
What do you have to offer the volunteer ?:
- You are entitled to travel allowance (from 5 km one way). - You are insured. - You will receive a present during the month of the Opellam employee. - You will receive the end-of-year gift around Christmas. - You can receive training.
What makes the work worthwhile ?:
Because you have been able to prepare a meal with and for this target group, they have been able to feel, taste and smell the ingredients, and have been able to offer you cosiness, you can go home with a satisfied feeling.
Working time:
Once a week, preferably every day at 4.30 pm, start the preparations
