Sporty organizational talent

Every year we organize a sporting event on King's Day. We do this together with sports clubs and activity associations from Wageningen. One of the activities is a beach event where we transform the Junusplein into a large sandy beach where Wageningers can enjoy playing volleyball and rugby. Furthermore, children can participate in various (sports) activities such as hockey, football, korfball, pony riding, chess and tennis. Participants can also eat & drink something at the various food trucks that provide delicious snacks. We are looking for volunteers who enjoy organizing this sporting event.

Who are you?

· You can organize well, you can write promotional texts or you enjoy making contacts

· You have an average of 1-2 hours a week, on day parts / evenings that suit you

· Period January-end of April

What do we do?

· Make agreements with the (sports) clubs, the municipality of Wageningen and the Junushoff

Arrange food trucks

· PR activities
