When the workshops can resume, we are regularly looking for people who want to help set up materials or assist with the content of flower arranging or jam making.

Help on an on-call basis with workshops, (children's) parties, and events in the Pick-Your-Own Garden. Assistance can consist of preparation, such as setting up the tent/stall and preparing materials, or providing more substantive help during the workshop, such as flower arranging or jam making.

What are you going to do?

Depending on the event, you will assist with setting up the tent (if bad weather is forecast), preparing tables and materials, and guiding participants during the workshops (flower arranging, jam making, herbal teas, edible flowers). Afterwards, you will help with cleaning up. You will work alongside an experienced staff member.

Who are we looking for?

Customer-friendly attitude. Depending on your involvement, additional knowledge may be required. During a workshop, assistance may be needed with, for example, setting up the tent or showing participants how and where to pick flowers. You will receive instructions for this at that time, but no additional skills are required. If, for instance, you assist with the content of a flower arranging workshop, you will need knowledge/skills in flower arranging. If you wish to help regularly, we can also teach these skills.

What do we have to offer you?

A beautiful, quiet outdoor workspace (a canopy is available to shelter from bad weather). A friendly, small group of volunteers to work with.

What makes the work worthwhile?

The surroundings, working outdoors, the peace and quiet, the people you work with or take a break with.

Working hours:

On a call basis. Usually between 9 am and 5 pm, occasionally in the evening.
