There are many ways to engage with the Dutch language together with a child. Do you feel like playing games, reading, or going to the library or the playground?
Do you really want to make a difference for a family? We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed volunteer who can practice the Dutch language with a primary school-aged child in an accessible and enjoyable way.
What sort of things can you think of?
- Practicing reading
- Playing (word) games
- Go to the supermarket and name all the vegetables together
- Going to the Bbthk together and picking out books
- Making a VLOG in Dutch
What are we looking for?
- Patience and enthusiasm
- Creativity and fun in the Dutch language
- Affinity with children
- Availability (approximately 1.5 hours per week)
