The Neder-Veluwe Food Bank is looking for a board member/secretary

The Neder-Veluwe Food Bank provides weekly food parcels to approximately 200 households in Wageningen, Renkum, Doorwerth, Oosterbeek, Rhenen, and Elst. Our food bank operates from a warehouse in Wageningen. Our food bank has a four-person board; the position of Secretary is currently vacant.

What are you going to do?

Board member

· Participation in board meetings and coordinator consultations (approximately 6 times per year)

· Participation in incidental consultations

Informal consultation with the board

Board Secretary

· Preparation of, participation in and reporting of board meetings and coordinator meetings

· Preparation of the annual report and distribution thereof (relations and donors)

· Correspondence

· Manage digital archives

Who are we looking for?

· You have HBO/WO work and thinking level

· You can oversee complex situations, but you can also act practically

· You are available an average of 8 hours per week

· You have good communication skills

· You are a team player and can easily collaborate with different groups

(volunteers, board) and delegate

· You respond proactively
