Then join the course Is there room for Harry? | new insights and faces.
Harry?
Harry is a metaphor for a volunteer who is different from the other volunteers, for example younger, who has a different cultural background or who has a different opinion than is usual in your organization.
Differences between people is of all times, but certainly of this time.
How do you deal with those differences? That makes whether a volunteer feels welcome, useful, heard or at home.
We take you on an investigation into the culture of your own organization. In addition, you investigate how a volunteer moves through your organization from the first contact to the farewell. You will gain insights into how this can be done differently. And the participants inspire each other to make small adjustments with a big effect.
