How do you reach different generations within your organization? Young people, millennials, Generation X, or baby boomers.

Every generation views the world, communication, and volunteering in its own way. But how do you ensure that, as a volunteer organization, you enable different generations to work well together?

During this inspiration session, Renée van Boekel from Bureau Coen takes you on a lighthearted and interactive journey into the world of young people and other generations. Renée knows better than anyone how to truly reach young people. With years of experience conducting research 'in the wild,' she knows the world of young people from the inside out. She effortlessly translates these insights into strategies that are immediately applicable to organizations.

Using relatable examples, you will gain insight into: what young people find important ;

  • how different generations view volunteering;
  • how you can better align communication with younger target groups;
  • the do's and don'ts of generation-oriented thinking and communicating;
  • ways to successfully bring generations together within your organization.

After this evening, you will better understand what young people need to connect with an organization, and you will go home with practical and applicable ideas to attract and retain more young volunteers.

Get inspired during an evening full of recognition, insights, and practical examples.
