Jenny Kieskamp, vitality and career coach, gives an interactive lecture about growing old pleasantly and wisely.
Jenny's lecture is based, among other things, on insights from neuropsychology. Erik Scherder is a well-known neuropsychologist. He does a lot of research into the brain and movement. You can see movement literally and figuratively.
