Summary

As a volunteer you are important to your organization. How do you make people feel welcome at the place where you love to work?

Detailed description

Your behavior determines whether others feel welcome in the place where you love to work. You are, as it were, the calling card of the organization. Whether you are active at the football club, a museum, a community center, a second-hand shop or a nursing home.

In the meeting Welcome! let's look at hospitable behavior together. Brigitte Bloemenkamp and Arletta Albers play a number of hilarious scenes in which not everything goes as it should.

Together with the other participants you determine what the actors can do better. You not only determine what is not possible, but certainly also how it can be done better. You call, the actors play.

Do you want to have a relaxed evening of laughter and learn something about hospitality at the same time? Then register for this meeting. You are very welcome!
