Summary

Learn how to create a design using free software (Canva). So your posters and flyers stand out and are read.

Detailed description

One way to publicize your organization is with a good poster or flyer. You no longer need expensive and complicated software to design these.

Canva is a free online design platform that allows you to easily create beautiful designs for your organization; posters, flyers, social posts, newsletters, presentations, and more.

In this workshop, we'll focus on designing posters and flyers. Amarins will show you step-by-step how Canva works and what features it offers. She'll also teach you how to design a clear and eye-catching poster or flyer. And, of course, you'll get hands-on with Canva.

Own laptop:

You're working on your own laptop. Make sure it's charged. There aren't many charging stations. Just in case your laptop drains quickly, bring your charger.
