Zideris buddy wanted in Wageningen

“Do you see me? I see you!”

That is the title of our buddy project.

Buddies come in all shapes and sizes. There are buddies who come over for a chat. Buddies who help or give advice. Buddies who make others laugh. Or buddies who come along to difficult things. But there are also walking buddies, reading buddies, coffee drinking buddies, sports buddies or cooking buddies! So if you want to do something for someone else, you can become a buddy at Zideris.

For our clients from Wageningen we are looking for volunteers who sometimes want to go out with them weekly/monthly. Think of going to the movies, walking/cycling together or drinking coffee somewhere.

If you are a good listener and enjoy doing relaxing, everyday things together, then you are definitely suitable as a buddy. With buddies, humanity and equality are central. It is all about personal contact. Warmth, humor, attention, time, respect and understanding are important.

Are you available for a half day each month, do you (in some cases) have access to a car and would you like to do something for someone else? Don't hesitate and contact us!
