We are looking for volunteers to assist with a game, shuffleboard, or bocce, or to provide individual support to a resident.
Do you enjoy spending a fun afternoon with residents? De Tollekamp is looking for volunteers to assist with our game activities.
During a game afternoon, for example, you help with setting up the activity, picking up residents, and serving coffee and tea . During the game, you can provide support where needed, for example with the scoring. Afterwards, you help take the residents back to their ward.
The games afternoon takes place from approximately 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM .
In addition, we are looking for volunteers who enjoy spending one-on-one time with a resident . This could involve a friendly chat, having coffee together, or going for a walk. We will agree together on when and how often you do this, so there is plenty of flexibility.
