Summary

We prepare the morning together It's helpful if you can lift tables and chairs. It is also nice if you help shape the startingmoment (singing with the children)

Detailed description

Do you have an affinity for young parents and their children up to 4 years old? Are you interested in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds? Then this vacancy might be perfect for you. We're looking for volunteers to help us prepare and run the Baby-Toddler Café morning. We start the morning with songs and movement games. Afterwards, the parents enjoy coffee and tea, and the children can play.

These are our tasks where we can really use your help:

  • Making sure everyone feels welcome.
  • Helping with preparation (before 10.00 am) such as: moving tables and chairs aside (lifting!) cleaning tables, sweeping the floor. Preparing things for the morning, providing coffee and tea.
  • Cleaning up afterwards and putting everything back (more lifting!)

Also and very important!

  • Shaping the startmoment (singing with the children) on a rotating basis. First together with another volunteer. You won't be alone! We do it together!
