Arboretum Oostereng

Maintaining and restoring the green heritage and character of the estate's woodland, including an arboretum and avenues. The site serves as a learning environment where students can practice forest and park management, and volunteers and visitors can learn about nature, forests, and their management. The site represents significant cultural-historical value, high natural value, and high biodiversity. In practice, the implementation of the policy plan is regularly coordinated with the Dutch Forestry Commission (Staatsbosbeheer).
