Summary

As a co-driver and/or driver you are part of the team that mans the animal ambulance. Together you go out and work on the reports.

Detailed description

Do you have a big heart for animals? Do you want to work for animals in need? Then you might be the one we're looking for. The animal ambulance is deployed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to respond to requests for help.


What are you going to do?

- collecting and transporting injured and found animals - transport to owner, veterinarian or shelters - keeping reports/trip registration - registering found or missing animals - keeping track of the organization together - other general tasks for generating income


What do we ask?

- command of the Dutch language is a requirement - at least 18 years - able to work in a team - flexible - periodically (or exclusively) available for evening/night and weekend shifts - able to work with smartphone and computer - representative - good communication skills - physically capable to be able to perform this sometimes heavy work - living in the region

- no objection to working a part of a day during the weekend at least once every 3 weeks

- no objection to working evening/night shift (6:00 pm - 9:00 am next day)

Working time:

day 09:00-13:30, 13:30-18:00 evening/night 18:00-09:00

The main task of the animal ambulance is to help animals in need. These can be animals from nature, but also found pets, whether injured or not. We also drive owners to the vet, boarding house or groomer by appointment. Our working area is in the municipalities of Ede, Renkum, Rhenen and Wageningen,
