For residents of the Municipality of Wageningen there is a "walk-in consultation hour on Money Affairs". This concerns accessible assistance where people are helped immediately with relatively simple questions in the financial and administrative field.

The financial affairs walk-in is a weekly walk-in on Monday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the 't Palet location in Wageningen. The walk-in has facilities such as printing, scanning and copying equipment.

It is a service provided by various partners such as Humanitas Home Administration, Schuldhulpmaatje and Solidez long-term home administration.

During the walk-in financial matters we offer: · Direct help and advice from an (experienced) support person · Broad inventory of questions by a starting point employee · Support by a volunteer in organizing administration, requesting necessary documents and completing forms · Ability to immediately request a to make an appointment for a home visit to organize administration · Presence of Social Counselors and the municipal Debt Assistance department for targeted, more substantive issues · guidance towards additional support from informal or formal parties; The starting point of the walk-in consultation is to tackle matters that can be completed within half an hour.
