The construction of the Sensory Garden is still in full swing, but we have noticed that this requires a lot of maintenance. We are looking for volunteers to keep it tidy.
The sensory garden is an important part of the garden surrounding Het Beekdal. For major maintenance, such as mowing and pruning, there is naturally a company that handles this. However, extra help is needed to keep the raised planters and the vegetable garden tidy. The lushly growing plants under the beautifully constructed pergolas also need to be guided along the trellises. Watering is a must at certain times! The work is flexible, and there is an option to do this together with resident(s). Residents greatly enjoy the plants, the colors, and the scents. Whenever possible, they are outside, taking a walk or sitting comfortably on a bench.
