Swimming a few laps with a resident of the care facility in the Doelem swimming pool in Renkum.
once a month
Monday, Tuesday or Friday
Own car (travel expenses reimbursement)
Pick up at 10:30 am
Swimming between 11am-12pm
Return no later than 12.30 pm
Assisting the lady with changing and swimming
Introducing the task to a movement therapist
The lady really enjoys swimming and the individual attention. She currently goes once a month and would like to go more often. She has early-stage dementia and uses a walker. Going down the steps into the pool and swimming are still going well.
An affinity with this target group is an advantage.
