About Wageningen inclusief
Wageningen Inclusief
Who are we?
A group of people from Wageningen. We work together for a city where everyone can participate.
Since when?
Since 2018. We are a volunteer organization. We will soon become an official foundation.
How many people?
Seven people in the core group. More than twenty people help out.
What do we do?
We look out for barriers in the city. Not just sidewalks and doors. Also forms, websites, and meetings. We tell the municipality what can be improved. And we keep track of whether the municipality actually does something about it.
What do we organize?
We visit places in Wageningen and look together at how accessible they are. We give lessons at schools. And we are organizing a tour through the city, so that people can experience for themselves what it is like not to be able to get somewhere.
Who do we work with?
With the library, Wageningen University, Freedom Tours Wageningen, Brownies&Downies and many other organizations in the city.
