People from NAbij support individuals in the final stages of life when they cannot sufficiently rely on their own environment. Through intensive collaboration with general practitioners, home care organizations, and care institutions, among others, we ensure together that people are not left alone during the last part of their lives. "No one should have to say goodbye in loneliness."
